CHE Online is an online educational platform providing courses in homeopathy and natural health

The courses are in video format and are viewable at any time. 

Many of the courses also have additional resources available for download, including pdfs and powerpoint slides. 

Each course consists of 1-6hrs of video content split into individual lessons. These lessons are usually around 1hr long.

No. You have lifetime access to the course and can complete it at your own pace. 

You can access the course on any device with internet access and view the course on all modern browsers.

You have lifetime access to the course upon purchase. 

You can review the course at any time. 

No, the videos are not currently available to download, however you can access your course at any time. 

As many times as you want.

Click this link and enter the email address you signed up with to receive instructions.

CHE PRO Membership FAQs

CHE PRO is a subscription-based membership programme which gives you unlimited access to all our current courses, monthly members-only Q&A sessions and all future courses. 

To sign up for CHE PRO membership click this link

Yes you will get full access to all future CHE Online courses as soon as they are released.

You will be charged on the date of your initial subscription and then automatically either monthly or annually at the same rate as your initial purchase. 

No, you can access all our current courses. 

Yes, you’ll continue to have unlimited access to any previously purchased course.

Our team will then cancel the automatic renewal of your CHE PRO membership.

Note: Once your subscription has been canceled, you will no longer have access to any courses that were enrolled in and/or completed during the duration of the CHE PRO membership.

Your membership will expire when you cancel your subscription.

You don't have to do anything. Your membership will automatically renew every month or year, depending on your subscription plan.

Payment FAQs

We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your course. 

If you purchased the course within the last 30 days, please send your refund request to [email protected]

Here are a few common solutions that may solve the issue you are experiencing during checkout.

  1. Make sure all the information you've entered is correct. 
  2. At this time we only accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal. 

If your payment is still not going through, there may be an issue with how the page was loaded in your session. This can be fixed via the following:

  1. Go to the CHE Online homepage at 
  2. Clear your browser's cookie + cache data, then refresh the page 
  3. Log back into your account, and try to make  the purchase again.

First, check the email address you purchased the course with. If you purchased a course with a different email address, a separate account will have been created for you.  

Once you have ensured you are using the correct account, check if you received a confirmation email.

The confirmation email will let you know if your information was processed. If you don't see the confirmation in your inbox or the spam folder, it's likely that your purchase hasn't gone through. 

If the payment didn't got though, please follow the steps under 'Why won't my payment go through?'.

Sorry to hear that, if you contact us at [email protected] we'll see what we can do. 

You can currently only purchase one course at a time. 

We don't currently have multiple enrollments available for purchase.

When you purchase a course you are asked to submit your email address, this email address is used to create your student platform and login details.

As such, we can only allow purchases to be made with one email address. 

Log in to your account and click on the dropdown menu next to the avator in the top right corner of the page. 

Select settings from the dropdown menu and click Credit Card Info in the top right section of the page. 

Then click the change card button, enter the new card details.

Finally, click the update card button.

Technical FAQs

Here are a few possible solutions you can try:

  1. Check your internet connection. A weak connection will sometimes cause videos to load slowly.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, sometimes clearing out can fix the issue.

If your video keeps freezing please try the following:

  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies and restart your browser before trying again
  • Try loading the video in a  different browser
  • Disable any browser extensions, plugins or firewall programs, that could interfere with the video streaming
  • Check if you need  to update your browser version
  • Restart your computer and network devices (modems/switches/routers)
  • Try a different device or computer if possible
  • Check your internet connection speed

Yes, all our courses are supported to work on mobile devices.

Yes, you can re-watch the course videos at any time. 

On the bottom right side of the video player, you will see a white rectangular icon, just click that icon  to watch your video in full-screen mode.

CHE Online supports  iOS 11.0 and above & Android devices 5.0 and above

Live Webinar FAQs

Yes, the webinar will be recorded, but, the video recording will only go out to those who have registered. 

If you encountered an error when trying to access your meeting, it's possible that one of the following has happened:

  • If you see the message "The GoToMeeting is full", then this webinar has already reached maximum capacity. You will not be able to join the session unless one of the attendees who has already joined leaves the session. 

  • If you see "Waiting for organizer", then you have successfully connected to the session! Just sit tight and wait for the host to arrive and start the webinar.
